Mountain's policy

Because we have at heart to serve you well, it is important to be aware of the policies of the mountain. These policies concern all our activities and departments.

All requests issued after December 15th, or issued before December 15th but for which the customer has already used his pass will be credited according to this table.

Also, if a government order were to force the closure of ski resorts, the credits below would apply. All credits are issued in the form of a Mont Blanc credit and an administrative fee of $29 + taxes applies.

The value of the credits are influenced according to the actual use of the passes thanks to the information linked to the RFID cards.

Ski tickets are non-transferable or refundable, this is a final sale. Proof of age must be provided upon request. Students between 18 and 25 years old, proof of full-time studies required. Mont Blanc reserves the right to change rates without notice.

Day transfer for extraordinary circumstances: All requests must be made by filling out the link here - https://bit.ly/transfertmb

Mont Blanc has no obligation to change the date of the ticket. It reserves the right not to change the date of the ticket if the requested day is full or if the request has not been made at least 48 hours before the new date of the ticket. The ticket can only be transferred once.

Private Lessons: All private lessons taken during the 2020-2021 season can be used by December 31, 2021. For all day transfers, please call 819-688-2444 #2 before the day before the lesson before 4pm. Lessons are final sales. They are transferable and non-refundable.

Weekend Program: Customers whose Weekend programs are already in progress and who wish to cancel lessons will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

An administrative fee of $29+ taxes is applicable on all refunds.

Mont Blanc S.E.C. disclaims all responsibility for your personal belongings. Mont Blanc S.E.C. is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen personal equipment.

I acknowledge that skiing is a privilege and that following the sanitary guidelines enforced by Mont Blanc is essential in order to ensure that the practice of snow sports is not compromised. Mont-Blanc reserves the right, to revoke the access to the ski area to anyone who does not respect the sanitary rules set up by the resort.

 

  1. The Golden Rule: Control!

Keep your speed in check, and always control your direction. Make sure you can stop and avoid any person or obstacle at all times.

  1. Yield to Anyone Downhill of You!

Yield to persons downhill, and choose a course that ensures their safety.

  1. Free Up the Trail!

Only stop if you can be seen from above, and never obstruct the trail.

  1. At Intersections, Yield to Persons Uphill!

Yield to skiers and riders uphill of you when entering a trail, or at intersections.

  1. Help The Ski Patrol!

If you’re involved in or witness an accident, remain at the scene and identify yourself to a first-aider.

  1. No To Runaway Gear!

Always use and wear the appropriate device to prevent runaway equipment.

  1. No Drugs, No Alcohol!

Do not use the lifts or trails when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  1. Obey the Signs!

Obey all signs and warnings, and never venture off the trail or onto a closed trail.
