All users 13 years of age and older wishing to use the ski lifts (including magic carpets) will be required to present their vaccination passport as well as an ID.

The vaccination passport will also be required for access services in the ski chalets, such as the lunch/rest areas, cafeteria - Le Panache and bar - Les Pionniers.

Yes, your season pass purchase is refundable if you didn't used it. Please complete the refund form before November 28, 2021 online.

Season passes will be validated at the skier's first visit. You must present yourself at the ticket office or at the customer service and have in hand :

  • Valid vaccination passport
  • A valid ID

It will be possible to add the proof of vaccination to the customer's file once and keep it in the customer's information database until the season pass expires.

Yes. All season passes have been deactivated, even those purchased online by recharge.

You will need to verify your proof of vaccination and ID card once at the ticket office during your first visit. Your pass will be unlocked and you will be able to ski all season without having to go through the verification process again for the chair lifts. However, to access some of the chalet's services you will need to show your vaccination passport. 

Yes, but the vaccination passport will be required.

We must proceed according to the age of the holder when purchasing the season pass/ticket. If the child is 12 years old at the time of the purchase the season pass/ticket, he will not need to present a vaccination passport.

If the holder is 13 years old or older, when he buys his season pass/ticket, he will have to present his vaccination passport with ID at his first visit.

The vaccination passeport will be required as of the opening of the resort for the 2021-2022 ski season. All persons 13 years of age and older will be required to present their vaccination passport in order to access the lifts (this includes the magic carpet). Anyone wishing to go to the lunch/meal areas, cafeteria and bar will also have to present their vaccination passport as well.

Following the purchase of your 21-22 pass, you will have until November 28, 2021 to carry over to the next season or get a full refund if the rules and regulations governing ski area operations this winter do not allow you to use your pass. See all terms and policies here.
