Lift tickets Online Purchase Assistance

Please find below more information to guide you through purchasing your Mont Blanc tickets online. 

 1. Create your profile by clicking on a person's icon in the top right corner. Click on register. The password must contain at least 1 number, 1 uppercase letter and at least 8 characters.

2. When registration is complete, click on your profile in the top right corner where your name is indicated.

3. If you need to make the purchase for more than one person, such as your family members, click on My Family to add your family members to your profile. 

4. Once all family members are created or you’re the only one to purchase a ticket, click on Home in the top left corner.

5. Click on ticket. Then click on tickets and passes and select the desired ticket type(s). 

6. Select the desired date of your visit*. Make sure it is the right date (our calendar starts on Monday). 

*If you receive a 505 error, it means that the ticket type selected for that day is no longer available and you must change the ticket type. 

7. Click on your shopping cart in the top right corner and associate the tickets to the right people under the card owner tab. Make sure you have selected First Purchase (no WTP)

8. A fee of 5$ is required for every RFID cards (all lift tickets). We remind you that the cards must be kept and reloaded otherwise other 5$ fees will be applied for every subsequences card. 

9. After completing the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email that you will need to have on hand when you visit Mont Blanc.

1. Login by clicking on the icon of a person in the upper right corner. Make sure there are no items in your shopping cart before logging in. Enter your Mont Blanc email and password.  

2. Click on ticket. Then click on tickets and passes and select the desired ticket type(s).

3. Select the desired date of your visit*. Make sure it is the right date (our calendar starts on Monday). 

*If you receive a 505 error, it means that the ticket type selected for that day is no longer available and you must change the ticket type. 

5. Click on your shopping cart in the top right corner and associate the tickets to the right people under the ticket owner tab. Make sure you have selected Reload Card and enter the WTP number found on your physical card.

6. After completing the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email that you will need to have on hand when you visit Mont Blanc.
