Winter 2020-2021

Informations on COVID-19

In light of new developments concerning gouvernement mandated sanitary measures and the process towards the upcoming ski season, we would like to share some important information with you.

For starters, the Quebec Ski Areas Association and its 75 member resorts have received government approval to complete preparations for the 2020-2021 season. It goes without saying that all the ski areas will implement all the necessary health measures determined in conjunction with Public Health in mind. The health and safety of all our customers and employees is our priority.

Throughout the season, depending on the various developments of the current pandemic, we will notify you of the various measures and decisions that have been taken. We recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter, or visit our website regularly.

Among the various measures put in place, Public Health, in conjunction with the ASSQ, recommends that skiers and snowboarders :

  • Inform themselves in advance of the health measures and instructions put in place by the resort;
  • Buy ski tickets in advance on the resort's website;
  • Wear a face cover at all times, inside or outside (wear a neck cover or a hood covering the nose and mouth outside for all visitors 3 years old and older);
  • Respect the mountain code of conduct;
  • Respect the basic instructions applicable to all levels of alert;
  • Distance of 2 meters in all areas frequented by skiers and snowboarders;
  • To wash your hands frequently;

IMPORTANT: At the slightest sign of COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty breathing) for you or a member of your immediate family you must stay at home, you cannot go to the station.

The 3 golden rules that will apply throughout the season :

I acknowledge that skiing is a privilege and that following the sanitary guidelines enforced by Mont Blanc is essential in order to ensure that the practice of snow sports is not compromised. Mont-Blanc reserves the right, to revoke the access to the ski area to anyone who does not respect the sanitary rules set up by the resort.

It is essential to respect traffic signs and public health regulations in connection with gatherings.
